Readable, durable front foils for professional HMIs
What is a graphic overlay?
A graphic overlay is a printed film, typically polyester (PET) or polycarbonate (PC), applied over a switch or sensor stack such as a membrane switch, silicone keypad frame or capacitive assembly. Inks are back‑printed for durability, windows are left clear or filtered, and adhesive is patterned to bond to the housing without covering active areas or domes.
Typical applications
Overlays are used wherever a cleanable, branded interface is required: medical devices, lab instruments, industrial equipment, appliances and vending, and mobility interiors. They serve as the face of membrane switches, surround silicone keypads, or front capacitive assemblies when glass is not used.
What we build
Integration and assembly
We provide adhesive selection and patterning, window masking, and alignment features for reliable placement. Overlays are die‑cut to shape and supplied in formats suited to your assembly process. Bonding guidance is provided for plastics, metals and glass.
Prototype to volume
Share a sketch, desired finishes and window requirements. Together we select film and coating, define legends and backlighting masks, set adhesive patterns and sealing approach, and align optics and readability. We validate durability and cleaning compatibility, then ramp to series with predictable lead times.
Standards & Quality
We operate under ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 with full lot traceability. For regulated uses we support documentation on materials, coatings, cleaning agents and identification. European-based, with touch-sensor production in Slovakia and India to support cost-efficient volume and resilient lead times.
